Are you an all-inclusive hotel?
We don't offer an all-inclusive concept.
How many pools do you have?
The first section has two pools exclusively for guests, and the Beach Club area has one more pool.
Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately, we are not pet-friendly.
Is the pool water warm or at room temperature?
At room temperature.
Do you have a laundry service?
Yes, for a fee.
Is there a buffet breakfast?
The breakfast included in the breakfast rate is American.
What is an American breakfast?
It consists of juice or fruit, eggs any style, bread, and coffee or tea.
Are breakfasts included for children?
Not all websites include breakfast for children. You should check your reservation and ask your agency about your needs.
Do you have hot water in rooms?
Yes.
Can I bring drinks and food?
Drinks and food not purchased on the hotel premises are not permitted.
Do you offer babysitting services?
No, but if you require it, you can ask at reception for information. These services are not the responsibility of the hotel, and the hotel accepts no responsibility.
Do you have elevators?
We do not have elevators; the hotel only has ground and first floor.

We do not have rooms with jacuzzis.
Do the rooms have kitchenettes, minibars, or coffee makers?
The rooms do not have kitchenettes, minibars, or coffee makers. The hotel has a restaurant for your convenience.
How many people fit in the room?
Most rooms have two double beds for a maximum of four people (adults and children).
In my reservation, is OCCUPANCY the same as MAXIMUM CAPACITY?
No, occupancy is the number of occupants you made and paid for in your reservation, and maximum capacity is the number of people who can stay in the room. If you paid for two but arrive with four, you must pay for the excess of two additional people.
At what age are children charged?
From 11 years old.
Are these villas or bungalows?
No, Villa is just the name of the hotel, they are standard hotel rooms.
Location and Beach
Are you right on the beach?
Yes, we are right on the beach.
Do you have beach loungers?
Yes, we have loungers, sun loungers, and palapas on the entire front of the property, exclusively for our guests.
Do you have a private beach?
Beaches in Mexico are not private, but we do have private beach services exclusively for our guests.
Groups
Do you accept groups?
Yes, we offer facilities for groups and conventions.
