Location
Any reference to locate you?
We are located within the Balvanera Golf course in the vicinity of the Advance Balvanera industrial park in the town of El Pueblito.
At the entrance to the club, am I asked for any documents?
You will be asked whose name the reservation is in.
How far are you from the center of Querétaro?
30 minutes by car, 14 km.
Rooms
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan and fireplace.
Services
Does the hotel have a pool?
No, we do not have a pool on the premises.
Does the hotel have a restaurant service?
Yes, we have breakfast and evening service with a small snack menu for our guests.
Are there eating options nearby?
The equestrian club has a restaurant just 5 minutes from our location.
What breakfast is included in my reservation?
The breakfast included in rooms with breakfast included rate is American breakfast.
What does American breakfast consist of?
Coffee or tea, juice or fruit, and one of the dishes to choose from our breakfast menu.
What do you need to use the golf course?
If you are staying with us, they offer you a preferential rate. To make a reservation, go directly to the Balvanera offices, notifying that you are a guest and you will be given a small form to validate the discount.
Does the hotel have a gym?
We do not have a gym.
Are there any options to exercise nearby?
The equestrian club has a small gym and, if you are interested in using its facilities, you are offered a discount on your cost for being a guest at the Hotel Villa Mexicana. The reservation is made directly at the Balvanera offices.
Does the hotel have any transportation service?
We do not have a transportation service, but we can provide you with a trusted contact or dial a taxi service.
Is the hotel pet friendly?
We do not have that service.
Is smoking allowed?
No, the hotel is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms or facilities, only outside.
Does the hotel have parking service?
Yes, we have free parking, but we do not have valet parking service.
Payments
Is it mandatory to give my credit card?
Yes, it is mandatory to provide a credit card as guarantee to be able to reserve or to provide an advance payment or full payment of your reservation via transfer.
When I give my credit card as collateral, am I charged?
No, the guarantee credit card is only requested to guarantee your rooms. Upon arrival, each room makes its payment directly at the hotel in the most convenient way (cash, credit card or transfer). Note. If you want your credit card to be charged for your stay, you will have to send us a letter authorizing us to make the charge and you must attach in the email the card to which the charge will be made.
What is a no show charge?
As explained in the previous point, your credit card will not be charged for your reservation, but if you do not show up at the hotel on the day of your check-in, a no-show charge will be charged to your credit card, as a penalty.
What are the risks when providing my credit card to the hotel?
None, you run no risk as the hotel carefully guards your data and the booking process is fully encrypted.
