Are you an all-inclusive hotel?

We do not offer all-inclusive packages.

How many pools do you have?

3, 2 for children and 1 for adults and children.

Do you accept pets?

Unfortunately, we are not pet-friendly.

Is the water in the pools warm or room temperature?

At room temperature.

Do you have a laundry service?

Yes, extra cost.

Are the breakfasts buffet?

No, they are American Style.

What is an American breakfast?

Juice or fruit, eggs to the taste, bread, coffee or tea.

Are breakfasts included for children?

Not all travel agencies or websites include breakfasts for children, read carefully when you book.

Do you have hot water in rooms?


Can I bring drinks and food?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted on hotel premises.

Do you have daycare service?

No, but if you need it, you can request information at the reception. The services are independent of the hotel, with no liability.

Do you have elevators?

We do not have elevators. The hotel only consists of ground floor and first floor.

Yes, it costs $85.00 per stay. We do not offer valet parking.

Do you have airport-hotel-airport transportation service?

No, you need to take a taxi at the airport.

What is the beverage plan?

Unlimited national drinks from 12:00 noon to 22:00 hrs. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.


Do you have connecting rooms?

We do not have connecting rooms.

Is there a jacuzzi in the rooms?

We don't have rooms with jacuzzis.

Do you have kitchenettes, minibars, or coffee makers in the rooms?

The rooms do not have a kitchenette, minibar, or coffee maker. The hotel has a restaurant for your convenience.

How many people can fit in the room?

4 maximum between adults and children.

In my reservation, is OCCUPANCY AND MAXIMUM CAPACITY the same?

No, occupancy applies to your specific reservations and the maximum capacity is talking about the capacity of the rooms.

Do the websites confirm sea view room?

No, only at you can reserve ocean view rooms if they are available.

If I book on a website, how can I have a sea view room?

After you make your reservation, you can call us at the office to upgrade your room, extra cost.

Can you reserve a specific room number?

No, we can just put notes for your preferences, subject to availability.

In rooms, what does interior, standard, standard plus, garden mean?

They are different names for the same kind of room, and all of them are interiors.

From what age are minors charged?

13 years and up are considered adults and have an extra charge.

Are you villas or bungalows?

Only room hotels.

Are you on the beach?

We are right on the beach.

Do you have lounge chair services on the beach?

Yes, exclusively for our clients.

Do you have a private beach?

Beaches in Mexico are not private, but we have a private zone for our clients.

How far are they from the Downtown?

20-25 minutes walking.


Do you accept groups?

Yes, we offer facilities for groups.


Do you manage months without interest?

No, not at the moment.
